In order to standardize the firm's ordering process, Print Avenue linked our customer's intranet and HR database to our online web solution allowing all of the branch and corporate offices access to the personalized ordering website with prefilled imprint information. The web portal features over 200 products. Employees order their business identity materials online and receive them within five days. In addition, the auto-fill functionality reduced reprints by 97%, resulting in a 7% reduction in annual cost.

One of the nation's leading investment companies called on Print Avenue to help it launch the redesign of their corporate identity materials and streamline the ordering process for over 20,000 associates in over 13,000 different locations. The solution Print Avenue created includes:

Print Avenue produces and fulfills a quarterly newsletter for a regional mortgage company that is distributed to over 10,000 of its clients. Each newsletter is personalized with a client's name and their broker's contact information. Each newsletter includes relevant content on industry trends, information that is pertinent to the season and other helpful articles that are customized to the client's interests. Clients of the mortgage company receive easily consumable information to help them grow, reinforce the client-broker relationship and improve customer retention.

The single sign-on system was designed and built in only six weeks to coincide with a new brand identity launch. The website supports multiple stationery products, is integrated with an employee profile database, which streamlines the ordering process and allows employees to customize cards with their photos.
