Print Avenue has been providing one of the nation’s premier investment firms with corporate identity products for over 25 years. In order to standardize their stationery ordering process, we linked their intranet to our online web solution allowing all of the branch and corporate offices access to the personalized stationery ordering website featuring over 60 business cards styles. Employees order their business cards online and receive them within a couple of days.
Print Avenue provided a solution for one of the nation’s leading investment companies’ Business Card Program in conjunction with their new card design. In addition to creating an online ordering website for over 9,000 locations the program includes: dedicated customer service representatives for over 20,000 associates; monthly evaluation of customer service call log system; order management; printing and production.
Print Avenue produces and fulfills a quarterly newsletter for a regional mortgage company that is sent to over 10,000 of its clients. Through variable data printing, each newsletter is personalized with the name of the client and their broker's contact information. It provides them with industry trends, information that is pertinent to the season and other helpful articles that are customized to the client's interests based on pre-gathered data about the client. These mailings allow the mortgage company to continually communicate with their current customers throughout the year.
Print Avenue developed a customized stationery ordering website for a leading financial institution. The single sign-on system was designed and built in six weeks for the new brand identity launch. The website supports multiple stationery products and maintains an employee profile including a photo library, providing the ability to pre-populate many fields. In conjunction, an administrative website was developed to provide purchasing managers the ability to control website parameters, view order history and re-order products.
