Retail Case Study
A national department store utilizes Print Avenue’s variable digital output technology for a Customer Rewards program. After a customer makes a purchase in a particular department, that information is passed onto Print Avenue in the form of a download via a secure file transfer protocol (FTP). Each customer is mailed a One-To-One direct marketing communication including special event announcements and discount coupons on their favorite brands. The coupons are personalized with the customer's name and a bar code of their Rewards Program number. Print Avenue mails the coupons in a special packet along with a personalized letter from the Vice President of the program.
A nutritional supplement company approached us about building an online ordering system for one of their new products. Print Avenue integrated their old order engine with a current one, maintaining a consistent customer experience across both the old and new product sites. Print Avenue redesigned their corporate website, created a reporting solution for customer data and provided a call center to handle their customer service calls.
